A partnership between Saskhouses.com and Skhomes4sale.com was announced today.  The two largest fsbo web sites in Saskatchewan have combined forces to  provide the people of Saskatchewan a great way to research Saskatchewan real estate property values.  Between the two companies, we have approximately 90% of the for sale by owner marketplace in Saskatchewan.  By partnering up, we are providing the people of Saskatchewan a wealth of information when researching home values. 

One of the biggest question our clients ask us is:

"WHAT IS MY HOME WORTH?"

Unfortunately, because Skhomes4sale and Saskhouses are advertising companies, we can not advise our clients what their home is worth.

We suggest to our clients that they do their own research on what their home is worth.

With that thought in mind our two companies have partnered up to provide Saskatchewan people with a way to research the value of their property.

By combining our SOLD databases, we have brought together over 2000 properties that have sold in Saskatchewan over the past 6 months.  This provides both buyers and sellers an excellent research option in valuing Saskatchewan real estate.
